I love the barriers, gives good burn without the jitters...wish I had some INCHES to stack with it!

Been hooked on Breakthrough Labz products since I first started using them a few months ago. This is my first run of Barriers, and I am beyond impressed. Used it instead of a stim preworkout this morning, and I had an incredible workout, maybe even the best of the week. Focus and an increase in my mood kicked in during the commute to the gym. Energy levels stayed high throughout the workout and an hour of two after. We shall see what kind of 'fat burning' capabilities it lead to in the following weeks.

It works at suppressing your appetite and you'll definitely notice a change in weight as a result. However, the only down side is that I noticed that my energy is down and I just feel lower than usual while on it. Definitely worth trying though, if you really need a kick start on shedding those extra pounds. Lost 5 lbs with my first bottle :)

I only had a sample but i can tell this is A very effective fat burner. Super clean energy that lasts(don't take within 6 hours of bed time). Makes you also feel a bit leaner when on it.

All day smooth energy and laser focus. Really surprised by this product. IT WORKS. kills appetite and very little crash. It is hard to get to sleep so I advise taking early in your day.
