Great pre-workout to start the day. I take it early in the morning before my gym class and it helps me get through the workout and the day. Definitely recommend and flavors are delicious.

Pre-Stack Extreme pre workout is a great pre workout in just about every way. Great mood elevation and focus, really good long-lasting energy, and a pretty solid pump effect

I bought the cotton candy flavor for myself and gummy bear for my boyfriend. He loves the gummy bear flavor and I agree it is pretty good. The cotton candy flavor was also good, but did not taste like cotton candy. It tastes more sour. Would get again.
