DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

As a dietary supplement for adults, take 1 serving in 6-12 oz of cold water once daily, 30 minutes before activity. Gauge your tolerance before increasing your dosage. NEVER consume more than 1 serving in a 24-hour period. DO NOT TAKE within 4 hours of bedtime. Drink at least ten 8oz glasses of water per day. Read Warnings and only use as directed.
