How to take 3-AD™

The recommended daily dosage of 3-AD™ has been determined to range between 25mg-60mg depending on the user (bodyweight, goals, etc). Possible Side Effects: Very minimal acne, mild shutdown (typically more common when dosing is over 60- 80mg daily). Possible joint dryness from extended cycle lengths (12+ weeks).

Post Cycle Therapy: Always recommended despite shut down being minimal at normal dose range. In such cases, a natural testosterone booster/anti-estrogen product, such as Breakthrough BALANCE is recommended.

Breaks Between Cycles: We recommend at least a 4-week break between cycles that have exceeded 6-8 weeks in duration. Cycles that exceed 12 weeks should have at least a 6-week break between cycles.

User Results

While experimenting with 3-AD™ we ran through several trials with users to determine the effective dose range. Some users were given a smaller 20mg daily dosage while others 30mg, 50mg, 60mg, 80mg & 100mg daily. We found that the 25-60mg range resulted is quality strength and muscle gains. The higher doses resulted in drastic strength increases and good size gains.

We also experimented with cycle lengths 4-12+ weeks.

Typical Results from 4-week cycles @ 25-60mg daily dosage- 10-20lb strength increases, 5-8lbs of size (more size with higher dosing range) TM size with higher dosing range).

SUGGESTED USE:

As a dietary Supplement, take 1/2 serving (1 capsule) every 12 hours. DO NOT take more than 1/2 serving at a time, or more than 1 serving (2 capsules total) per 24 hour period.
