Thank you for shopping with us! We do our absolute best with shipping quickly as well as dealing with any issues that arise with shipping or returns. Let us know anytime you have any questions or concerns with anything!

Shipping Policy

Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before using the www.advancedsupps.com website (the “Service”) operated by Advanced Nutritional Supplements LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Turnaround

If all of the product is in stock at our shipping hub (Harrisburg, PA) at the time the order is placed, the order will be shipped within 24 hours Monday – Friday 10am – 5pm and Saturdays 10am-2pm. 

Same day shipping cut off times - 

M-F - 5pm for USPS and 3:30pm for FedEx

Sat - 2pm USPS (FedEx does not pick up Saturdays)

If we do not have the product in stock at our shipping hub at the time the order is placed, the order will be shipped within 24 hours of the time the products arrive at our shipping hub Monday – Friday 10am – 5pm and Saturday, 10am – 2pm. This is the case with any products listed as "not in stock" but may be "backordered".

Most shipments should arrive within 5 days of the placement of the order, depending on the recipient’s location. International orders may take several weeks and we can not be held responsible for any customs charges or package seizures or delays. 

Carriers

We use the following carriers and services to deliver our orders:

  • USPS - Priority Mail (Free on $50 orders and over)
  • USPS - Priority Mail Express
  • USPS - First Class International (Upgrade to Priority and Express available)
  • USPS - First Class (Local Orders and Orders under 1 pound with 2-3 day expectation)
  • FedEx Next Day Priority
  • FedEx 2 Day
  • FedEx Ground and Home Delivery (Large or Heavy Orders that require slower shipping service)

***We do our absolute best to ship all orders out ASAP. Please be patient for your order to arrive, since typically delays by mail carriers are out of our control. Thank you!

Order Tracking

We will update your order with your USPS or FedEx tracking information as soon as your order is packed. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the total price of your order. The charge is $8.99 for purchases up to $49.99. Free Shipping is automatically calculated for orders $50 and over. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to, as well as to upgrade your shipping if you choose to. International and Express order calculate cost via weight and distance. You may also upgrade your shipping to require a signature if desired. Call or email us to add a signature required option to your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages After Delivery

Any lost or stolen packages after delivery are the responsibility of the customer. We will do our best to help but we cannot be held accountable in these situations. If packages is lost with no tracking update stating delivered we will offer a one time free reshipment. 

Domestic Shipping

When an order is placed, it will be shipping to the address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on AdvancedSupps.com.

International Shipping

We ship International! However, some countries have a customs charge and it is the responsibility of the recipient to pay to receive the package. Custom fees, such as this, are not included with delivery service paid on AdvancedSupps.com. The recipient is 100% responsible if customs claims or destroys any order. AdvancedSupps.com will only make refunds for unopened products (i.e., products in sell-able condition) that are received back to us, and will not make refunds for any shipping charges.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order, we will wait to ship you your entire order until the product is in, unless the item will not be in within a few days. In such case, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the back order item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is unopened and still in salable condition
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges

The cost of shipping on your order is non-refundable, even if a product is returned unopened.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are also non-refundable. The customer is responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from AdvancedSupps.com.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. Customer must notify us within one business day of delivery to ensure replacement or credit.

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded as long as they meet criteria for returnable items.
