SUGGESTED USE:
As a dietary supplement, take three (3) capsules two times (twice) per day. Do not exceed more than one serving (6 capsules) per day. Take this product daily for no more than 12 consecutive weeks, followed by a four week layoff before resuming use.

Q. How is LIMITS taken for best results? Breakthrough LIMITS is best taken at the full dose of 6 capsules per day - ideally, 3 capsules taken twice daily. You can take 3 capsules first thing in the morning, and 3 capsules about 8-12 hours later. If you are able to time one of these doses to be about one hour before your normal workout time, that can give additional strength and energy increases for your workout. Be consistent taking LIMITS every day, both training days and non-training days. |

Q. How long can you take LIMITS for? You can take LIMITS for 12 weeks consecutively. No PCT is necessary after taking LIMITS. You can resume taking LIMITS after a 4 week off period. |

On my 2nd 4-week cycle and have alreadybeen noticing differences. I had previously taken a few other boosters, but for the value, this one, so far, is the best.

I'm on my third cycle of Limits (weeks 8-12) and the thing I've noticed the most has been the leanness and vascularity around my chest, traps and shoulders. It may offer some strength increases but I don't lift that heavy anymore so it's really hard to notice. I can't say that it's increased my motivation or pump as I take Warpath with it which usually contributes to that. Overall, I'd recommend it and say give it a try to see what it does for you.
