Methyl CreaTest featured 200mg of Methyl-DL-Aspartic Acid, the methylated and much more powerful derivative of D-Aspartic Acid (DAA).
POWER+ contains 2.5 times that, but in the less controversial Methyl-DL-Aspartic Acid form! Methyl CreaTest also combined libido-surging LongJack and vascularity-enhancing Vanadyl Sulfate. LongJack and Tribulus are added to the new POWER+ for that libido-surge and mood enhancement to get you going at the gym. Vanadyl Sulfate from Methyl CreaTest is replaced with BMOV, an organic form of Vanadium that is essentially the combination of Vanadyl Sulfate with Maltol, giving it more than twice the biological activity of Vanadyl Sulfate. I have been using power for a while now. Due to my own trial and error, I have figured out that if I really need an extra boost Ill go from 1 capsule to all 4 about 15-20 minutes before working out. it does make a difference especially when you are exhausted from work/school/ or if you just woke up and aren't feeling it, this will do the trick. This might be different for everyone so give it a try and see for yourself.
