Servings: 60 servings per bottle
SUGGESTED USE:
As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule in the morning. An additional capsule may be taken once the user's tolerance has been assessed. DO NOT EXCEED 2 capsules in a 24 hour period. Do not take within 6 hours of bedtime.

I get picky with what I used to work up a sweat and this product has yet to fail. It's always a mission to sweat and no matter how hard I push myself or clothes I wear. I also do not get the jitters but that may vary from person to person. overall great product and makes me sweat. Will continue to use.

Amazon for appetite control and that extra focus, energy burst. It helped me cut down a few pounds already while keeping my energy high for lifts still. Love it.
