SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement, take three (3) capsules approximately 15-30 minutes before your largest carb meal of the day, and two (2) capsules about 15-30 minutes before your 2nd largest carb meal of the day. DO NOT EXCEED more than 5 capsules per day.

I have been using this product regularly since it was called InSlinn. (I much prefer the new name by the way!) The tangible results I see from this product are when I take it with a high carb or a "Cheat Meal". I realize this is NOT a license to eat "crap" or eat whatever you want whenever you want however, when I take Glycogod with a high carb meal, the real world results I can see are feeling less "puffy", feeling more natural energy and more efficient digesting when eating carbs. I notice this effect especially the day after I take Glycogod. On days I don't take it and I eat a lot of carbs or a cheat meal, I feel more lethargic, more puffy and do not look or feel my best. Glycogod helps alleviate all of that.

If I could give this 10 stars I would! I've tried every brand of insulin mimicker/nutrient partitioner available and this blows them out of the water. Gotta say Breakthrough Labz blows all their competition away with every one of their products. I generally do the 5 pills before my biggest meal but some days I'll split the 5 between 2 meals. Definitely a long term product that I'll continue to buy.
