- L-Methylfolate (MTHF) (rather than Folic Acid): up to 40% of women carry gene variants that can hinder conversion into MTHF and puts them at risk of symptoms linked to low levels of Folate*
- Vegetable capsules (rather than gelatin capsules): vegetable capsules do away all of the worries related to gelatin capsules, such as dietary restriction, stability, solubility, religion, and the concern over animal products*

If you�re not getting your daily vitamins, you�re going to break down sooner or later. It is essential. It�s like putting oil into the engine. If you don�t put oil into the engine, it won�t run too long. It�ll run but not long and not at optimal capacity. So your multivitamins are crucial.
