SUGGESTED USE:
As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule up to two (2) times daily. Take daily for up to 12 consecutive weeks. Allow a four week layoff before resuming use. For men, Breakthrough BALANCE is recommended during this layoff period. DO NOT EXCEED 2 capsules in a 24 hour period.

Q. How is INCHES taken for best results? Breakthrough INCHES is best taken as 2 capsules per day - ideally, 1 capsule taken twice daily. You can take 1 capsule first thing in the morning, and 1 capsule about 8-12 hours later. If you are able to time one of these doses to be about one hour before your normal workout time, that can give additional strength and energy increases for your workout. Be consistent taking INCHES every day, both training days and non-training days. |

Q. How long can you take INCHES for? You can take limits for 12 weeks consecutively. No PCT is necessary after taking LIMITS. You can resume taking LIMITS after a 4 week off period. |

I ordered this and a few other products and had them shipped via the post office. After 3 weeks it still showed that it’s been picked up by usps but there was no update. I reached out via email on Sunday and not only got a response but got an extremely helpful response. They were extremely apologetic even though it wasn’t their fault and resent my order as well as throwing in a bunch of free samples and a shaker. I then received it just 3 days later. I haven’t tried the product yet but this customer service has earned a customer for life.

Have been taking for about 4 weeks. I look and feel leaner since the onset. Maybe a slight increase in strength but nothing exponential. Increase in vascularity has been what I've noticed the most. Definitely recommend the product.
