Invictus is a product I utilize throughout the day, almost every day. I know that many people will use this during a workout to help them grind through, or prolong the effects of their Pre-Workout, which is also great. I like to use Invictus when I am keeping my caloric intake low and need to stay hydrated and in recovery mode. I love the fact that it has all the aminos I need plus glutamine and more. I often go lengthy periods of time without eating a large meal and invictus helps keep me energized (without additional stimulants) and just feeling more vital and alert.
