SUGGESTED USE:

For beginners, mix 1/2 scoop with 6-12 oz of water and consume 30 minutes before training. For the truly hardcore, mix 1 full scoop with water and consume 30 minutes before training. DO NOT EXCEED 1 scoop in a 24 hour period.

Very good feeling and performing Pre. Floaty head feel combined with the urgency of Alpha yo. Lifting felt good, no feel of nagging aches and pain and a nice feeling of well being. This like a lot of other DMHA products have been discontinued and Advanced in one of if not the only place left to get it.

Sick f'ing pump

Tried a sample of this, it's absolutely crazy. I used 1 scoop with 1 scoop of my regular go-to pre and OMFG!! The pump was crazy, the focus was crazy. I was flying high on the caffeine rush for hours. This stuff is serious business. I'd highly recommend it!
