DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules daily 45 minutes prior to bedtime, preferably on an empty stomach or at least 15 minutes after your last meal of the day. DO NOT EXCEED 2 capsules in a 24 hour period.

Wake up feeling more refreshed and stay asleep more without waking up randomly during the night

Buy this in my regular vitamins for every month. Really helps with how I fall asleep and stay asleep. Completely feel more well rested in the morning and ready for the day!

I normally wake up 2-3 times throughout the night. Since taking Slumber I have begun sleeping through the night and feeling well rested upon waking up. The only thing that some people may consider a con is that I have some fairly weird and vivid dreams. This doesn't bother me at all though.

I take this nightly and it seems to help me sleep. This is a great product for rest and recovery. Highly recommend.

Slumber is a quality sleep aid. I track my sleep using a Whoop strap and Slumber definitely increases my ability to fall asleep quickly and increases the duration of REM and deep sleep cycles. I highly recommend this product whether you have trouble sleeping or not.
